FAQ

Upgrading from the Current Membership

If you’re currently a Flight Club member under our original program (which includes one cider flight per month):

1. Upgrade Option:

• If you choose to upgrade to the new 2025 Flight Club, email us directly at mullersciderhouse@gmail.com.

• We will create a prorated discount code for your upgrade based on how many months you have remaining in 2025 on your original membership.

2. Proration Details:

• The original membership cost is $150/year.

• You will receive $12.50 off the new membership for every month you have left in 2025.

For example: If you have six months remaining, you’ll receive a $75 discount code to apply toward the new membership.

3. If you do not upgrade, your existing membership will remain valid with the original benefits and expiration date.

​• All prorated upgrade requests must be made by December 31, 2024.

Non-Transferrable

• Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Redemption

• Flights must be redeemed in person at Mullers Cider House and cannot be carried over to future months or weeks if unused.

• The 20% merchandise discount does not apply to food or beverage purchases.

• Members must show their digital or physical membership card (provided upon purchase) to redeem benefits.

• Birthday flights are valid during the member’s birthday month only.
